Press Release For immediate release The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute and the American Management Association (AMA) Partner to Strengthen Leadership in the Social Sector NEW YORK, FEBRUARY 11, 2010 - Collaborations, partnerships and alliances are the mark of great organizations?the indispensable tools of the organization of the future. The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute announced today the continued partnership with the American Management Association (AMA) to provide social sector leaders with development and training opportunities. The scholarships will be administered by the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply at www.leadertoleader.org/collaboration/ama. AMA has renewed its commitment to provide complimentary attendance to 75 social sector personnel for one of over 140 world-class programs ranging from general management to executive leadership in executive conference centers in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Arlington, VA. The collaborative award includes one year of membership in the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute and a subscription to its award-winning Leader to Leader journal.
